Penny Pines

Penny Pines is a USDA National Forest restoration program. It takes approximately 680 seedlings to plant an acre of forest, which has been devastated by wildfire, floods, or insect infestation. “A” Garden Club can purchase an acre plantation for $68 and a certificate may be requested to memorialize or honor a member of our garden club. In 2020-21, record funds were donated to restore 19 acres in San Bernardino National Forest that was destroyed by wildfire.
